NELFUND Begins 2026/2027 Student Profile Update Exercise
The Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has commenced the progressive updating of students’ profiles from the 2025/2026 academic session to the new 2026/2027 academic session.
As part of the ongoing exercise, students’ academic levels and other educational details are also being updated on their NELFUND profiles.
Students whose profiles have not yet been updated are advised not to panic, as the exercise is being carried out progressively.
For Students Whose Profiles Have Been Updated
Students are encouraged to log in to their NELFUND profiles and carefully review their Educational Details to ensure that:
The academic session is correct.
The current academic level is correctly reflected.
The institution and programme are accurate.
Other educational information is properly captured.
Important
If you notice any incorrect or inconsistent information, report the issue through the appropriate NELFUND support channels for correction. This is important to prevent possible complications with future loan processing or disbursement.
Students are also advised to check their NELFUND profiles regularly for further updates.
