Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) Announces Sale of Change of Course Forms for 2025/2026 Session

I am directed to inform you that the Vice Chancellor has approved the sales of Change of Course Forms for the 2025/2026 Academic Session, commencing from 8th December, 2025. Candidates are to adhere strictly to the following guidelines:

(i) Candidates should seek advice from the releasing Head of Department and the receiving Head of Department before filling the application form.

(ii) Candidates are expected to obtain change of course details form from the Secretary, DVC Academic Office.

(iii) Candidates should attach admission letter and second semester result when submitting the form unless he/she deferred the semester.

(iv) Requirement for change of course is within the CGPA of 0.25 to 1.80, with the exceptions of College of Medical Sciences and Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

(v) The applicants are expected to pay the sum of ₦10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only into the University account at ATBU Microfinance Bank at Yelwa/Gubi Campus.

(vi) Only a form obtained from the DVC Academics Office with attached Remitta and original receipt will be entertained.
