Amadeus University, Amizi Secures NUC Accreditation For Law, MBBS and Other Programmes.

The General Public is hereby informed that Amadeus University, Amizi, Ikwuano LGA Umuahia, has been granted approval by the National Universities Commission Abuja to commence the following degree programmes effective from the 2025/2026 academic session.

1. MBBS Medicine and Surgery

2. LL. B. Law

3. Pharm.D Doctor of Pharmacy

This approval came after a careful examination of the human and material resources for the commencement of the programes by the Commission.

As a result of this development, admissions have commenced in the University into two of the programmes viz. MBBS Medicine & Surgery and D.Pharm Pharmacy. To secure admission, candidates must have obtained JAMB scores of 200 and above for Medicine & Surgery and 180 for D.Pharm Pharmacy. This is in addition to the relevant credit passes in various subjects at SSCE and NECO. 

Interested candidates should apply for admission through the JAMB CAPS and change the choice of University and course of study.

Admissions are ongoing for 19 other courses offered in the University as shown in the University portal.

Candidates should note that admissions shall end on November 30, 2025.
