University Of Calabar Teaching Hospital (UCTH) Releases Nursing Science Admission Form For The 202402025 Academic Session 

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for Admission into National Diploma and Higher National Diploma Nursing Sciences in the university of Calabar Teaching Hospital for the 2024/2025 academic session. 

Candidates who chose the School as their First or Second choice with a minimum score of 190 in the 2024 UTME are eligible to apply for admission from 27th May – 12th July, 2024. Also Candidates intending to change their courses of study to “Nursing Sciences” are eligible, provided they have effected a change of course with JAMB

UNICAL Teaching Hospital School of Nursing Admission Requirements 

Intending candidates must posses FIVE (5) CREDITS IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICS, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, AND BIOLOGY AT NOT MORE THAN 2 SITTINGS FROM SSCE OR NECO. Only candidates aged between 17-35 years by November, 2024 are eligible to apply. 

How to Apply for UCTH School of Nursing Form 

Interested Candidates are to pay a non-refundable sum of #20,000.00 to UCTH Collection Account with Ekondo Bank: 1100757926. Receipt of payment should be obtained from UCTH Account Department and forwarded to College of Nursing Sciences UCTH, Moore Road, Calabar 

Thereafter the teller is exchanged for an official receipt at the UCTH Treasury, Permanent site. The official receipt will then be presented to the Principal, School of Nursing. UCTH along Moore Road for collection of Application form.

CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS 

Completed Application Forms with Photocopies of relevant documents are to reach the Office of the Principal not later than 15th July, 2024. 

UCTH School of Nursing Entrance Exam Date ENTRANCE EXAMINATION: 

Entrance Examination will hold on 10th August, 2024
