Sick-Bay Nurse Vacancy at ECWA College Of Nursing| A Golden Opportunity For Nurses.

Successful applicant will provide medical care and support to students and staff of the College. Sick-Bay Nurses also communicate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers to ensure the well-being of their patients. They will assess and treat minor illnesses and injuries, administer medications, and provide health education.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid services to students.
• Maintain students’ medical records.
• Refer ailing students to the hospital.
• Make arrangements for supply and storage of necessary medications to the sick-bay.
• Organise and facilitate training on first aid and on other relevant medical concerns for faculty, staff and students.
• Assist with and coordinate students’ immunisation and staff vaccination programmes whenever required.
• Other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Qualifications/ Experience

• A licensed Registered (RN) or RN/RM
• Applicant should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience or demonstrated related experience.
• Be hospitable, friendly, and possess an approachable demeanor.
• Be proficient in basic computer skills.
• Have strong organizational skills.
• Be between the age of 30 and 45 years old.
• Possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Be a committed Christian.
