Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into Community Nursing and Return Basic Nursing For The 2024/2025 Academic Session 

Entry Requirements:

Interested candidate must have five (5) credit in NECO WAEC/NABTEB to include: English Language,Mathematics,Biology,Chemistry and physics at not more than two(2)sitting for return in to Basic Nursing.

For Community Nursing programmes candidate must have a minimum of four credit to include:English Language,Biology,and any other two from the above subject.Community programmes are for indigenes only.NON-INDIGENES need not to apply.

NB:where applicant is presenting two O level result as requirement,it should be;

i. All or both NECO and WAEC Or

ii. All sitting should be NABTEB

The application orm can be obtained online at this link: conam.admissions.cloud/Go to New Application,enter and open account.Make a payment of Ten Thousand seven hundred and fifteen Naira (10,715) only,via Remita with your ATM card or generate RRR and go to any Bank.Thereafter return to the website you can access the form and fill it online.

The following documents are to be uploaded while filling the form:

 Birth certificate, indigene letter,primary school certificate,testimonial,O Level Result and Four (4) Passport Size Photograph. 

Print three copies of the form and submit to the College together with your e-receipt on or before 6th September, 2024.While entrance Exams is on 16th September,2024.
