NECO EXTENDS  REGISTRATION PERIOD FOR 2024  NATIONAL COMMON ENTRANCE EXAMINATION AND GIFTED EXAMINATION 

Extension of registration period for 2024 NCEE and Gifted Examination 

Please be informed that the Registrar/CE has approved an extension of the registration period for the 2024 NCEE and Gifted Examinations as follows:

The registration period for the NCEE has been extended to Saturday 1st June, 2024 as against the initial date of 20 April, 2024. The NCEE wil now hold on Saturday 1st  June, 2024 by 8:00am.

 The registration period for the Gifted Examination has also been extended to Saturday 25th May, 2024 as against the initial date of Saturday 4th May, 2024. The Gifted Examination will now hold on Saturday 25th May, 2024 by 8.00am.

Kindly note the new dates of the respective examinations accordingly andliaise with your respective media houses to stop the publicity of the old dates and possibly effect the new dates especially with the five (5) slots previously scheduled to run from 20th April, 2024.

Furthermore, please inform your respective State Commissioners of Education and SUBEB Chairmen about these extensions accordingly
